CTC Cymru AGM is to be held 12th January 2013 at Llandrindod Wells.

Meeting begins at 11:45hrs at the Llanerch Hotel in Llandrindod Wells Powys, Wales. (website: - http://www.llanerch-inn.co.uk/?pagerec=1)

Meeting start time will be 11.45hrs (this allows for anticipated train arrivals)

The Secretary, Emrys Jones, requires to be advised of Agenda Items, the names of those proposing to attend and any Committee Member who wishes to run for office again.

A hotel meeting room is booked and the Secretary requires to be informed of the names of those attending, by the 10th January.

A buffet will be served, for those who have booked and given prior notice!

Nominations for office and items for the Adenda should be with the Secretary by the 5th January.

Can those Committee Members who wish to stand again, please advise the Secretary
