Welsh Festival of Cycling 2008
RHAYADER
Dates
The Festival is on for 4 days, Friday 25th to Monday 28th July. Campers are welcome on the site from 16:00hrs on Thursday 24th but are expected to depart not later than noon on Tuesday 29th July.
Venue
The Festival is being staged at the Rhayader Rugby Football Club. The ground is to be found shortly after passing the monument in the center of town, going south west on West Street, go left into Water Lane!
Information
The Brochures, which are full of the necessary information, are soon to be printed and these will be distributed to all the cyclists who have previously attended the Festival or who have indicated an interest,by early April. A copy of the brochure is available HERE.

N.B. Please remember to complete your 'Emergency Contact Details' within your ENTRYWEB Registration 'Profile'. These details are needed in case you have an accident in any of the many CTC organised events. Later completion of these details will NOT be visible within your Festival Registration and will NOT be available to us should you be injured.
Cyclists are still able to book using 'snail mail' and Booking forms will be sent out to known addressees, (1000 plus) with the Brochures shortly. A Festival Booking form can be downloaded HERE

Costs
Festival Registration ..£15 per adult and £2 per child (under 16 years) Tent Pitches including one adult £7/night, more adults in tent, each £4 Tent Pitch 5 night saver .....£30, additional adults same tent,each £16 Motor Home Pitches including one adult....£8, additional adults .....£5 Motor Home 5 night saver ..£35, additional adults, same home, each .£20 NB. Children who have Registered (i.e. £2 paid) are accommodated ..FREE Organised Evening Entertainment; Film Show, Slide Presentation etc?..£3 Tee Shirts with Festival 2008 logo(S/M/L/XL).........................£5
